Return Policy

All sales are final. However, our objective is to resolve all problems that might occur as quickly as possible with as little hassle for you as is humanly possible.

If your order has been damaged in transit or has not arrived, or if you have any questions about your order, please contact Laurie Crammond at customerservice@slateandshell.com. Please provide a brief description of your problem, along with the order number, order date, and your contact information.
